There will be no detention today.

 Reminder to all students: Cell phones, Ipods, and other electronic devices are not allowed to be used during the school day. This includes lunch periods, passing times, and on your way into or out of the school. Please be sure to get your phones, Ipods and other devices in your locker before the day starts. Devices that are condiscated from students will only be given back to parents.

 Do you love to read? Calling all 7th grade girls to join "The Book Bunch". We will discuss and read books throughout the year. We will meet everyother Wednesday during lunch starting Wednesday, October 15th in Mrs. Sheets room 342. Bring your lunch and we will begin right at 11:20.

 From now until October 31st we will be collecting non-perishable food for the Bronco's Wives canned food drive. Bring as much food as you can to your 1st block class. The class with the most food during October will win full size candy bars each. We are also competing against other middle schools in the area; the school with the most food will win an assembly with the Bronco's cheerleaders and celebrities. Let's finally win this year!!!

If you would like to start lifting weights to get stronger for the upcoming season, which starts Monday, October 13th, come sign up in Mr. Mair's room 128 today during lunch/homeroom. Today is the only day, so be there. If it does happen, we will be meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7:10-7:40 in the small gym.

Detention will be held in the Cafetorium today.

This year's Puma Prowl is a 1.25 mile run. It will be held after school today. All students, parents and staff are invited to run and/or walk. The race begins at 3:00 and will end at 4:00 so the participants can ride the activity bus home.
